Communicating With Success

Welcome to Wired-Minds

I'm an experienced international business professional as challenged as anyone by new skills. I'm setting up a new business in executive coaching with a focus to help IT professionals and non-IT professionals communicate so business functions better.

I have a specialist skill to do this because of hands on experience and professional qualifications in both fields.

I am also an avid user of the internet, and I love technology. It is not unusual to find me thoroughly enjoying a techie conversation with several good looking young nerds at a party, and we're all having a ball! Not the usual kind of conversation a woman would be excited about.

For a former Chartered Accountant and Finance Director I am a rare bird with no fear of looking under the hood, so to speak, and examining the IT system to figure out how it works, how it's not working, and who is hiding what, behind the perception that it doesn't matter because non-IT people don't understand anyway.

My best communication role is facilitator between angry and dissatisfied people, particularly where there is rigidity and no listening. By being a listener for each and every person, other people in the group start to hear the perspective of others. Much comes to the surface and I get people to see things very clearly, and they naturally find the right direction to get the outcomes they want.

I normally work with the leaders of the organisation and relate with ease to anyone at any level. If you hire me, you get results. I am a driver personality who goes for what's possible and even - what seems to be impossible.. and I love it!

Currently I reside near London, UK, and I have dual citizenship for UK and Europe, and my birthplace of New Zealand. I am willing to work, and travel, almost anywhere in the world. You might find, however, the fastest and most effective way for me to help you is to skype or digital video phone. Make a request on the contact page and we will book to speak. Best wishes, Margaret-Jane Howe
